What is the Bizzjoiner Connector?

The Bizzjoiner Connector is a Business Central extension that:

  • Exposes selected data via secure APIs
  • Synchronizes customers, orders, shipments, invoices, and jobs
  • Enables easy routines for initing customers, users and employees to Bizzjoiner.
  • Enables real-time communication between Business Central and Bizzjoiner

Security & Access Control

The connector ensures that:

  • Only authenticated requests from your Bizzjoiner instance are allowed
  • Data is filtered based on configuration and permissions
  • Each customer only sees their own data
  • Communication is encrypted using secure protocols

You can further restrict access using:

  • Filters in the connector setup
  • Permission sets in Business Central
  • API scope limitations via Entra ID

Data Flow

The integration works as follows:

  1. Bizzjoiner requests data via API
  2. Business Central validates the request via Entra ID
  3. The connector applies filters and permissions
  4. Data is returned securely to Bizzjoiner

This enables near real-time access to:

  • Customers
  • Orders
  • Shipments
  • Jobs
  • Invoices
  • Documents
